Internal Fund Request Form
This form will be completed electronically and comes directly to the Booster Club. Please do not submit the form to Keegan Schrems anymore.
Before you submit: the Booster Club meets the first Monday of each month. Submit your request at least 24 hours before the meeting — requests inside 24 hours may not be acted on that month. A representative of the team or club must attend the meeting to answer questions related to the request.
